CONVENTION REMINDERS & INFORMATION

• Thursday night is being planned as a LUAU NIGHT. Wear your Hawaiian Attire, bring a beach chair to sit and relax, talk to old friends or listen to the music and dance. Food and beverage will be provided. A tent with some tables and chairs will also be provided.    
• Please bring a nice item from your department for the Arkansas Fallen Firefighter Memorial Auction and Dinner Friday Night. It is being billed as CAJUN NIGHT, if you would like come in Mardi Gras attire.
• We are asking that each firefighter or department to please bring a door prize if possible. The more prizes the better the Convention.
• We are also asking that each department to bring a nice auction item for the AFFM Auction.
• Saturday Night will be called Glitz & Glamour Night. If you wish, Firefighters wear your class A uniforms. A photographer will be available to take pictures of you and your spouse or friends. So come early. If you have pictures of your department that you would like to share in our slideshow, place them on a disk & mail them in with your registration. If you would like your disk back, clearly label it so that you can get it back when you register.
• Name badges are required to enter the Multi Purpose Center. If you forget yours it will cost $5 to enter with the proceeds going to the AFF Memorial.
• On Friday & Saturday there will be all types of vendors and things to see outside. Such as Antique Fire trucks, Lawn Mowers & Tractors, ATV’s, , Boats, AG&F Traveling Aquarium, Arkansas Buck Display, Hunting & Fishing outfitters, & more to be added later.
• Ladies, at the Multi Purpose Center on the 2^nd floor we will have booths featuring jewelry, clothing, purses, crafts, etc.
• HOSPITALITY ROOM INFO- A room is set up at the Best Western Hotel for Thursday, Friday & Saturday Night.
• Friday & Saturday Night- After the Auction & Banquet we will have a dance. Ice, cups and cokes will be provided. Anything else that you may need you will have to provide yourself.
• Banquet tables may be reserved, but is not necessary to attend. All money raised will go to the AFF Memorial. Table rate info later.
